Exploring Capital Punishment in America
Having grown up in a family of lawyers, I notion fairly confident in my knowledge of the American legal expert system. I arrive at a vast understanding of how atrocious offensive activitys ar handled in a court of law and have witnessed several majuscule punishment trials in the state of calcium where I grew up. It is interesting to sit in a judicature and listen to a Supreme Court judge guide the defendant whether or not he or she understands they are on trial for their life. Most of them appear stoic and vacate of life. On the other hand, it is difficult to watch the families of victims react to the crazy photographs of crime scenes and listen to testimony from state witnesses describing the brutal and bestial crimes committed against their daughter, or mother, or husband. They appear to be on a roller coaster of emotions ranging from extreme anger and frustration to urgently and pain full moony sad. I struggle with the idea of the death punishment and how it does or does not fit into my personal belief system.

On one hand, it is claimed that the victims family needs to leave heed nicety for the horrible wrong bestowed upon their loved one. They want to jar against the crime paid for by watching the life of the accuse slip away. Yet many families claim although they want justice served, they do not believe in the death penalty. They take the view that taking another life will not bring back their loved one. Also, other people nark the argument that it is cheaper on the tax payers to put a lamentable to death rather than keep them in prison for life. some other argument claims that the death penalty prevents offenders from committing a violent crime. Finally, it is rumored that irreproachable people are occasionally sentenced to death for a crime they did not commit.
